Main Duties and Tasks
· To support with maintaining administration Systems and Procedures using agreed methods ensuring all is done within the timeframe given.
· To oversee the compliance and accurate completion of the NorWest Medical recruitment and Induction process.
· You will be involved in the day to day filing of various confidential documents, which must be kept securely and in line with GDPR.
· Support the Administration Manager, in the HR Process and any admin work that is required.
· You will be required to organize personnel files and ensure they stay well kept and up to date.
· Ensure that all driver certification is in place and correct records are kept.
· Liaise with relevant stakeholders and process owners, agreeing and managing delivery timeframes on various documents and areas of the business.
· Answering phones in the office, in a professional manner, to ensure customers and colleagues receive great customer service.
· Support document identification and help towards providing evidence for inspections such as NWAS, CQC etc.
Undertake other duties reasonably expected of the role and/or requested by your manager.
