Job Description

Working closely with the Finance Director on all accounting functions, in particular:

  • Payroll processing / Pension auto enrollment
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Handling accruals and prepayments
  • Reviewing computer reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source
  • Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods
  • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
  • Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the Finance Director
  • Completing the year-end and month-end analysis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Computer literate, Self motivated, Car owner,
