Setting up and creating new item profiles on our internal stock system
Maintaining our product database on an ongoing basis
Updating back order and out of stock reports ensuring accuracy at all times
Updating purchase orders where required
Invoice and order checking
Maintaining information available on the market place
Responding to customer enquiries on our messaging system
General office administration duties including taking telephone calls

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicant should be smart, enthusiastic, organized, have good computer and communication skills, be able to work to deadlines and work well in a team. You may be required to attend supplier meetings at a later date. Equestrian knowledge is not essential for this position.
