Due to continued growth my client is now looking to appoint a Senior Accountant to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, building meaningful relationships while further growing the client base.

The position of Senior Accountant would be based at their Retford office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to make that next step into a more commercially focused position.

As a senior member of the team you will have complete responsibility for your portfolio and will be expected to use your strong accounting knowledge to guide and advise clients on technical queries while identifying future commercial opportunities.

Portfolio responsibilities:

* Preparation and submission of limited company Accounts
* Quarterly management accounts preparation
* Tax planning and other compliance work
* Identify and drive improvements
* Preparation and submission of self-assessment tax returns
* Business Development
* Advisory work

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* 3 years'+ experience within practice * ACCA/ACA or Qualified by experience * Strong understanding of account processes and new legislation * Excellent communication skills
