As the first friendly face our guests will see, you will ensure a warm and welcoming reception when checking in as well as support in all aspects of the reception function, including paperwork, answering calls and booking in Maintenance jobs on the in house system. You will have a high attention to detail, be available to work weekends and thrive working within a customer focused environment.
A lively, yet professional individual is required to assist our owners enjoy the full facilities at our prestigious and exclusive Holiday Park. We expect nothing but the best and we need an exceptional person to be the welcoming, practical and knowledgeable first point of contact.
You will report to the Owner Relations Manager and be involved in a wide range of activities including, handling owner queries, invoicing and payments.

Hours: 16 hours per week, 2 days over 7 including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. Normal shift times are 9.00am – 17:00pm.
