. You will play a key part in the support function of helping the Team to achieve their aims and objectives whilst ensuring personal objectives are met.
Technical Administrator Responsibilities:
- Log all incoming postal repairs on our internal systems and carry out an inspection of each handset before distribution to the repair centres.
- Assist with erasing, functional testing and quality control of all handsets before dispatch.
- Arrange delivery of handsets, ensuring the correct item is dispatched, achieving 100% accuracy at all times. Recording tracking numbers accordingly.
- Pack all outgoing handsets and store orders securely ready for collection by the courier.
- Prepare and check all warehouse orders for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Follow company procedures to ensure we protect our stock and have a full audit trail at all times.
- Assist with housekeeping duties.
