Job Description

Working in a small team, you will provide administration support which will include:

First point of contact for all calls, ensuring you deal with all enquiries with a friendly, efficient and professional manner

  • Preparation of invoices
  • Carry out general typing on behalf of the department.
  • Carry out database maintenance to ensure the customer database is kept up to date with accurate information at all times
  • Keeping Customers' updated and dealing with any queries that arise
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of any queries.

This role would suit a professional individual, capable of managing their own workload with the ability to prioritise work effectively.
