Duties & Responsibilities
Invoice Processing
Matching invoices to GRNs and POs
Staff Expenses
Supplier Account Statement Reconciliations and Payments
Dealing with supplier queries
Working closely with Finance and Procurement Managers providing regular up to date reports
Personal Skills
Effective & efficient communicator with excellent people skills
Effective time management and strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Reliable and punctual - Confidentiality and discretion
Ability to multitask
Highly motivated


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A good all-round standard of education including literacy and numeracy Maths and English, minimum of GCSE grade C Similar experience in an accounts payable role required AAT Level 2 Accredited preferable
