Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Facilitating our 100% On Time In Full performance target for customers.
• Developing and maintaining effective forecast models from sales analysis & projections.
• Monitoring stock levels of finished goods and materials on site and 3rd party warehouses
• Demand planning and purchasing for a range of products & packaging from multiple suppliers.
• Working with suppliers and logistics in multiple countries to ensure optimal levels of stock.
• Maintain records of KPIs such as stock availability, order fulfilment, wastage, etc.
• Maintaining all product related data
• Monitor Quality Control issues, external and internal testing & record keeping.
• Attending/chairing Production Team meetings and liaising with warehouse and sales teams.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Accurate with attention to detail with proven analytical, planning and strong organisation skills Advanced working knowledge of spreadsheets using formulas such as VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables Experience of working with WMS and/or ERP (we use DEAR Systems) Familiarity with Gmail and G-Suite or similar cloud based collaborative work platforms Demand Planning, Forecasting, Production Planning or Stock Management experience is ideal Demonstrable experience with hands-on end to end supply & production planning Experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management roles Excellent writing & verbal communication skills with ability to deliver information confidently and clearly Motivated to identify and implement process improvements and deliver operational results Degree level of educational attainment
