Job Description

This role will suit someone who has excellent attention to detail, that thrives in a structured environment and has been working within financial planning with experience of Pensions & Investments. You will be working for a professional services firm with an excellent reputation for training staff in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review fact finds, file notes, client risk profile questionnaires etc
  • Discuss the reports with the Financial Adviser, amending as necessary.
  • Provide written feedback to advisers in order that they can update files in accordance with business standards
  • Manage own workload effectively to meet productivity targets
  • Identify any emerging trends or risks to the Compliance Management Team
  • Provide guidance to advisers on aspects of specific cases to support good consumer outcomes
  • Provide technical assistance to the business about the firm's standards when designing processes and propositions
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as requested by line manager

Candidates would ideally have a strong understanding of Pensions & Investment products but must already be working towards the financial planning qualifications.

Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who has the eagerness, passion and drive to succeed in a fast paced busy environment where accuracy and attention to detail is key.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be highly professional and be a very strong communicator. The ability to work as part of a professional team is essential, as is previous experience working as part of a Financial Planning team. First class IT skills are also required.
