This role will suit someone who has excellent attention to detail, that thrives in a structured environment and has been working within financial planning with experience of Pensions & Investments. You will be working for a professional services firm with an excellent reputation for training staff in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Discuss the reports with the Financial Adviser, amending as necessary.
Provide written feedback to advisers in order that they can update files in accordance with business standards
Manage own workload effectively to meet productivity targets
Identify any emerging trends or risks to the Compliance Management Team
Provide guidance to advisers on aspects of specific cases to support good consumer outcomes
Provide technical assistance to the business about the firm's standards when designing processes and propositions
Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as requested by line manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be highly professional and be a very strong communicator. The ability to work as part of a professional team is essential, as is previous experience working as part of a Financial Planning team. First class IT skills are also required.
