The Senior Management Accountant role will include but by no means be limited to:
Line Management of a team of 3
Preparation of management accounts including commentary and review of the teams contribution to the management reports
Statutory accounts preparation, including cost centre analysis and detailed reporting on revenue streams.
Oversight of the payroll function for the business, ensuring a timely and accurate process.
Overseeing the service charge process
Lead the revenue and capital budget creation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fully qualified member of CIMA, ACCA, ACA or CIMA Proven experience operating as a Senior Management Accountant or managing a management accounts function Proven experience in a similar role including team management experience Knowledge or experience of service charges Exposure to payroll or a working knowledge of payroll legislation Housing association experience (Property and Housing) Formulation of revenue and capital budgets Ability to work with partners across the business across all levels Ability to write clear and concise financial commentary that supports financial results
