Job Description

Market leading professional communications firm with a global presence are recruiting a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their finance team of 20 on an immediate basis.

The finance team provides financial analysis and reporting to the global professional service. The team offers services such as client reporting and financial analysis to key stakeholders around the globe.

Client Details

The business has 24 offices around the world, and is constantly expanding to fulfil the needs of their FTSE 100 clients.

The successful Sales Ledger Clerk will join a finance team of 20 and report into the Head of Finance, as well as have contact with the finance teams of the global offices.

Description

The successful candidate will:

  • Prepare invoices
  • Chase clients for expenses
  • Ensure client billing is up to date
  • Reconcile the sales ledger monthly
  • Assist in adhoc duties
  • Be working towards a professional qualification (eg. ACCA or CIMA)

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have sufficient experience in EXCEL
  • Have experience using Dynamics and Agresso (desirable but not essential)
  • Be pro-active with a positive attitude
  • Be available immediately
  • Have at least 2 year experience in a Sales Purchase Ledger role
  • Have high attention to detail

£26K to £28K

9:30am to 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch
