Job Description
  • Learn indirect tax legislation, which includes but is not limited to the VAT returns prepared.
  • Assist the VAT Compliance Supervisor in implementing changes that will maintain VAT compliance including timely reconciliation of VAT accounts for all in-scope countries.
  • Work on various projects and provide ad-hoc analysis as required.
  • Ensure VAT receivables are repaid in a timely manner and all payments made by due dates.
  • Execute the indirect tax controls needed for compliance with the Sarbanes - Oxley Act.
  • Take an active role in Perfect Execution activities as required.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • AAT qualification with relevant experience working within an Accounts department.
  • Interest in financial/tax career
  • Good MS Office skills including Excel
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills and the ability to learn new information and follow processes
  • Keenness to share ideas and help improve the way we do things
  • Motivation to learn from the team and develop your skills;
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, with a keen attention to detail;
