The role is full time (37.5 hrs per week) on an initial 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility of this becoming a permanent. The role will be based at our Business Support Centre, in Peterborough, but home based in the interim until we can return to our offices safely.
In this role you will predominantly be covering all aspects of administration and will respond to general enquiries from internal and external stakeholders (telephone, email, written etc). Other duties include posting job adverts onto our website and external job boards as well as having frequent contact with the Managers out in the field.
You will also be providing the best admin support to the Recruitment Coordinators/Talent Acquisition Specialists and Team Managers to ensure that KPI’s and business objectives are met.
Key Skills & Experiences:
We are looking for personable and enthusiastic individuals who pride themselves on their organisational skills as well as having a passion for providing excellent customer service. It is essential that the successful candidate could hit the ground running. It would be useful if you have worked within a recruitment/HR environment (agency or in-house), however any experience within a similar administration/PA/Receptionist role is an advantage.
