Senior Management Accountant

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role is key to ensure the continued delivery of a high class service to the business. You will be enquiring and enthusiastic, ambitious with a desire to succeed and looking for progression.

You will manage the accounting for all companies in the group to tight timescales and to high levels of integrity and accuracy. Manage monthly reporting, management accounts and project accounting. Successfully manage the annual budget and reforecasting process, working proactively with budget holders.

Work with the financial controller on ad-hoc projects and support the audit process. You will have experience of working with finance systems and processes ensuring they are effective and meet compliance controls; have a keen interest in continuous improvement and implement changes where required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be an experienced, qualified accountant CIMA, ACCA, ACA with a strong commercial awareness. You have experience of working within a group company, producing group and consolidated accounts and ideally experience of producing SPV accounts. You will have advanced experience of Excel and finance IT systems. This role will work remotely initially due to current COVID-19 guidance, ultimately moving to being office based.
