Job Description

Shifts are Monday-Friday 08:00-17:30 paying £10.80 per hour.

Your duties will include:

• Supervising, training and leading a team of 6-8 people
• Ensuring productivity targets are met
• Ensure quality assurance levels are met
• Taking ownership of your area and health and safety
• Completion of audits and paperwork
• Operation of specialist manufacturing equipment to produce products

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience in supervising a team including performance management Literate, with good English language skills as administration duties included in role Excellent communication skills Previous experience in specialist manufacturing role would be beneficial but not essential
