Assistant Accountant
Job Description
Job purpose:
- Placing, tracking and tracing stock orders to include customs clearance and logistics of onward transportation and storage.
- Providing customer service and support over emails and phone.
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
- Performing accounting tasks, including invoicing and crediting.
- Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company.
- Managing reception area and looking after visitors.
- Maintaining stock list and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Providing the day-to-day administration for the office and other departments.
