Manage all deliveries to site as well as the associated paperwork – labels, despatch notes.
Liaise with different departments about their goods in and arrange collection.
Attending to drivers on their arrival and unload goods using FLT.
Evaluate delivery notes to match with purchase orders and record details on SAGE.
Liaise with Goods Out for collection of certain parcels.
Allocate monthly purchase orders and phone suppliers with their new numbers every month.
Receive in invoices by e mail and post and process on Sage.
Manage discrepancies between Purchase orders and invoices.
Match up delivery notes and invoices ready for payment.

Working hours : 8.00am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 8.00am – 4.15 pm Friday Permanent

Demonstrable experience with Data entry with excellent attention to detail The ability to use Sage (full training will be provided) Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office The ability to work in a team FLT license an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
