Duties

• Preparing Management Accounts pack including cashflow,commentary for various properties
• Managing a Portfolio of Property Accounts
• Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliations - debtors, creditors
• Bank Reconciliations
• VAT Returns
• Accrual, Journals
• Statutory Accounts
• Year End Accounts support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous Management Accounts experience at least 3 years Proactive Attitude, Well Organised Good excel skills, V Lookups & Pivot Tables Excellent Team Player, Outgoing Personality
