Job Description

We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This promises to be a challenging and dynamic role and your opportunity to make a real impact and gain exposure within a fast moving commercial business.

We believe that location should not stop us from attracting top talent within the industry so location across the Northwest can be flexible for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering with Operational Management to better understand WIP profile
  • Debt and Disbursement management
  • Business Partnering with Senior Practice Directors on budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ongoing support of monthly reforecasting
  • Assistance on the population of models (including supporting commentary on figures).
  • Assistance on sensitivity analysis / risks & opportunities.
  • Reparation and analysis of the main variance drivers for reporting pack
  • Profitability analysis (both by channel and customer)
  • Investigation into appropriate team structure to service the nature of the work
  • Pricing support.
  • Financial support for the development of the digital platform

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified Accountant. Circa 3+ years post qualified finance experience. Experience working in a fast paced commercial, growing businesses. Commercial business-facing finance experience. Strong Financial modelling skills. Excellent analytical and data manipulation skills. Excellent Excel skills. Power BI and SQL would be desirable. Experience with planning tools such as Tagetik are also desirable. Proactive and inquisitive mindset. Excellent presentation skills with the confidence to present to senior management.
