This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to grow within a company and contribute to a new area within the finance team. Duties will include;
Supporting the management of the budgeting process, ensuring all budgets are accounted for accurately and adequate controls and audit trails are in place
Working with the Head of Finance to ensure that all departments are provided with timely information and programme manage the delivery of the financial accounts and the regulatory returns
Liaison with service users and budget holders, advising managers and budget holders on budget planning, budget forecasting and monitoring
Supporting the production of monthly management accounts to comply with FCHO financial policies
Responsible for Business Partnering the Asset Team and Property Care team in annual budget setting as per FCHO policy
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fully or part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience Budget setting and management accounting experience is essential.. Experience within housing would be preferred but is by no means essential. Has the gravitas to build relationships with stakeholders across various teams. Experience of using Open Accounts would be a benefit.
