Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work within a large PLC business in the construction industry.

Duties in brief:

  • Answering incoming calls from new customers and account customers alike.
  • To gain a positive relationship with customers and maintain accounts
  • Providing continuity by following through the process from initial order to despatch
  • To learn our product range to a technical level
  • Using an in-house CRM system and Excel spreadsheet
  • Work reactively and be able to prioritise workload /multi task as very busy office

The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of the construction industry would be an advantage. GCSE Maths and English A high level of computer literacy (inc. Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM systems) Good communication skills and excellent telephone manner Confident using Excel spreadsheet Must be organised and reliable
