Key Job Accountabilities:
• The post holder will:
• Provide general administrative support to deliver the Strategic Projects programme and projects. Follow all project administrative systems and monitoring requirements.
• Organise meetings, team travel and accommodation. Provide practical assistance during meetings and help produce minutes and other necessary records.
• Assist with financial management, recording and monitoring.
• Assist with purchases and procurements.
• Assist the team with data entry and data management, production of reports and other documents.
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and partner organisations to minimise duplication and share best practise.
• Handle and respond to basic customer inquiries.
• Undertake a programme of training and development.
The post is primarily office-based but will require some travel to locations around Wales.
Key Job Qualifications or Knowledge:
• Good ICT skills, including competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good programme and project administrative skills.
• Good communication and inter-personal skills with a customer focus. Ability to build effective working relationship with colleagues and partners.
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload and deliver results to timescales.
