Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to cover maternity leave for 6 months. Organised and motivated, you will work within the team to ensure compliance in line with legal regulations and client requirements.

As a busy recruitment agency, it’s essential that we deliver a great service to the contractors working on our behalf. That’s why we need an enthusiastic and diligent Administrator to ensure our internal CRM is up to date and the information contained is accurate to agreed procedures and standards.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a customer-focused service to candidates and consultants
  • Supporting consultants with operational and administrative assistance
  • Managing the whole onboarding process
  • Providing training to Candidates on the use of theOnboarding Portal
  • Managing the departmental contracts inbox effectively
  • Posting job adverts online accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist the Admin Manager in ensuring compliance in line with legislation and Client requirements, through regular audits and procedure improvements.
  • Assist in the designing, writing and maintaining of a Consultant Bullhorn Training Guide
  • Free onsite parking

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
