Job Description

Accountant required who is ideally AAT qualified either part or full time to assist the accounts team with end of year accounts and management accounts and bookkeeping for clients. You must live locally to Chester and have work within an accounts practice previously - this is essential.

Our client is willing to consider someone who is unqualified but has worked in practice for a number of years and has that experience. They will provide support for ACA or ACCA studies if this is something that the candidate is keen to do.

They have a sizeable audit department with Charities, Solicitors and Academy schools being a speciality as well as other routine audits.

Accountant Position Overview

Preparing statutory accounts for a range of different businesses

Assisting on audits

Preparing personal and business tax computations

Working closely with clients and managers in a facing role.

Accountant Position Remuneration

£20,000 - £25,000 Per annum
