Job Description

We provide a global service tailored to our customer’s individual needs whereby we will source medical equipment for their study and offer options for hire and purchase. In addition we will manage and monitor the equipment through full life cycle management. We presently supply specialist medical equipment to all regions of the world and both our customer list and geographical reach is expanding daily.

The role is essential to accurate financial reporting of the MESM entities. It is responsible for a wide range of activities including the following:

  • Management of deferred income and bill & hold revenue streams.
  • Responsible for the monthly Hire batch invoicing.
  • Support both Sales and Purchase ledger team.
  • Support the implementation of month end, yearend tasks and statutory returns including audits.
  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support information and reporting requirements.
  • Drive continual system, process & reporting improvements, driving efficiencies, key finance contact with IT Enable a strong internal control environment.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required.

To do this job well, it is essential that the employee has:

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA & CIMA.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Minimum three years in a finance role.
  • Strong Excel and Office skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Advanced Excel and Office tools. Experience of Epicor ERP system. Knowledge of SQL. Complex financial analysis and management accounts preparation and presentation experience. Experience of ISO or process implementation.
