Job Description

They are looking for a Trainee Accountant to work 4 days a week in the office (5 minute walk to Manchester’s Northern Quarter) and spend 1 day a week at the college of their choice to study towards the AAT.

This means absolutely no requirement to spend your evenings or weekends studying & as they’re a sociable business, they understand just how precious quality time outside of work is.

Rarely does an opportunity like this become available with more and more businesses now putting pressure on their employees to work 5 days a week and find the time to qualify.

The difference with this business is you will work for two fantastic ladies who are both qualified and achieved this status by following the exact same path – so they want to be able to offer this to their next recruit.

Working very closely with these two mentors, you will be exposure to all aspects of accounting with a development plan mapped out so you can progress in 12 – 18 months.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

They have asked me to video interview candidates who can display at least 6 months’ experience in transactional accounting as you will need to have an understanding of the basics.
