NC Associates are working exclusively with a market property business based on the outskirts of Manchester to help recruit an experienced Management Accountant This company has an excellent reputation in the marketplace and is a market leader within its sector. As a Management Accountant you will assist the Financial Controller in supporting the month end process alongside the other members of the senior management team.

Duties

• Preparing Management Accounts pack including cash flow ,commentary for various properties
• Managing a Portfolio of Property Accounts
• Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliations – debtors, creditors
• Bank Reconciliations
• VAT Returns
• Accrual, Journals
• Statutory Accounts
• Year End Accounts support
• Performance Analysis
• KPI Reporting including detailed investigation in to variances

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum of 3 years management accounts experience. Proactive Attitude, Well Organized. Good excel skills, V Lookups & Pivot Tables. Excellent Team Player, Outgoing Personality.
