Job Description

Given the current environment, duties and responsibilities will vary depending on the urgent business requirements however the core aspects of the role include:

• Production of monthly and quarterly management accounts
• Provide regular budgeting and forecasting analysis to ensure projects are being reviewed
• Ensure regular commentary and reporting is produced to the senior management and board level
• Assist with the annual statutory accounts
• Liaise with project managers to highlight any potential issues and variances
• Maintain development cash flows

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

This role is looking for a qualified accountant from a residential development background who has experience with providing comprehensive and detailed reporting to senior level executives. In terms of other previous experience, the ideal candidate will have the following exposure: ACCA or ACA qualified is a prerequisite for this position Recent Real Estate experience is crucial for this position, ideally within the development sector. Exposure within a smaller team would be advantageous A strong team player who is able to work cohesively with senior management as well as leadership exposure amongst junior staff members
