Job Description

Overview of Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor local transfer pricing regulations and provide recommendations on documentation requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
  • Support the Group’s OECD Country-by-Country Reporting process.
  • Preparation of management fee calculations and communication of the Group’s process.
  • Assist in preparation of annual related party transaction returns i.e. Canadian T106 Form.
  • Support ad-hoc Group transfer pricing queries/projects.
  • Provide internal updates on global transfer pricing developments.
  • Opportunity for involvement in ad hoc tax advisory matters including, R&D tax claims, tax reporting and forecasting, tax compliance and aspects of international tax.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified ACA/ACCA and/or CTA/AAT. Experience/knowledge in transfer pricing (essential). An understanding of OECD guidelines on transfer pricing as well as knowledge of the related accounting and tax requirements. Experience of the preparation of transfer pricing documentation. IT experienced – strong spreadsheet and data manipulation skills. Experience of wider tax areas i.e. Research and Development tax credits, tax accounting knowledge and international tax would be beneficial but not essential.
