Help lead the production of monthly management accounts including profit and loss and balance sheet for presentation to the Executive Committee
Overseeing the monthly payroll process and HMRC matters including supporting the preparation of annual P11D and PSA submissions
Year-end closure and preparation of information for auditors and dealing with their queries
Involved in the development of controls and processes to try and increase the efficiency and governance of the finance system
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant with financial accounting and reporting experience Ability to review existing processes and propose and implement improvements Being a credible business partner, dealing with finance and the wider teams in a professional way and manage stakeholder expectations Behave in a consistently professional manner whilst demonstrating an understanding of the general environment in which AP operates
