This established Company are seeking a responsible and hard-working Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team of professionals and manage their purchase ledger function.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the purchase ledger function and ensuring supplier payments are made on time
- Processing supplier invoices, matching invoices with delivery notes and purchase order documentation
- Obtaining approval of invoices with relevant Line Managers and inputting onto accounts system
- Allocating nominal codes to invoices and inputting onto ledger system in preparation for payment
- Reconciling supplier statements and processing weekly cheque and BAC’s supplier payments
- Managing any payment invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved promptly
