Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities;
* Maintain Balance Sheet through regular reviews and monthly reconciliations
* Assist in preparation of Statutory Accounts
* Production of VAT & Intrastat reporting
* Management of fixed asset reporting
* Main contact point for external auditors ensuring audits run smoothly
* Overhead reporting across divisions
* General overview of accounting transactions
* Business partnering with other Non-finance and Finance Managers
* Completion of other regular ad hoc corporate requirements
* Ensure compliance with all corporate internal controls, adherence to internal audit recommendations and keeping financial reporting documentation
* Any other ad-hoc tasks as required in supporting the Financial Controller & Director including forecasts and budgets

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* The Finance Manager will be either ACA,CIMA, ACCA Qualified or equivalent * Strong Excel and systems knowledge * Experience of development of financial controls and systems implementation * Statutory Accounts preparation experience * Relevant experience in a senior finance or accounting related role * Successful experience of managing people and teams
