Job Description

The Credit Control Manager will be responsible for the credit control department managing multiple ledgers (over 5,000), the direct debit system, the full litigation process and the day to day management of the Collection Advisors team to chase and collect payments for outstanding debt.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing a commercial credit control and debt collection department managing large numbers of ledgers. With experience in managing a team that achieves results the successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing support, focus and direction to team members to achieve the required results and key targets. Excellent working knowledge of direct debit systems and processes will link with excellent communication, inter-personal and Microsoft skills, the ability to work in a team or on their own whilst organising and prioritising workload to meet deadlines.

The hours of work are Monday – Friday (normally 8.30am – 5pm) and there is free car parking.

The salary will depend on the person and their experience of managing an active, fast paced, commercial department
