In order to support the growth of DWF's Managed Services proposition, we are looking to recruit a Head of Finance.

As a Head of Finance you will ensure that the appropriate commercial and financial rigor is provided to support our ambitious growth plans which include a large element of organizational transformation. You will work proactively with the key stakeholders to ensure that finance becomes embedded in the division and provide value adding and innovative strategic commercial financial advice and support to the Leadership Team, but in particular the Divisional CEO, to ensure that financial performance is optimized. You will also get the opportunity to play a major part in the development of the Divisional strategy.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for a qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with experience of working in a commercial finance role. You will need to have the ability to engage colleagues and build robust relationships across all levels to drive the Finance agenda and have experience of technology and process change transformation. Additionally, a high level of commercial and strategic acumen and the ability to educate and support the business to understand their finance performance is required. A proven track record in having influenced key stakeholders to positively drive business performance and financial controls and understanding will be key to success in this role.
