Job Description

Due to positive growth, we are seeking an Administrator to work in the Finance department for our client who are a world-leading independent telecommunications business based in Kitts Green, Birmingham.

You will be working in the Finance department providing administration support all round.

Duties will include:

  • General administration tasks
  • Answering the telephone
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all required or related field engineering activities
  • Filing and completing paper work
  • Chasing payments
  • Completing excel spreadsheets

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hours


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be proficient and confident using Microsoft Excel and able to do formulas, % and pivot tables Self motivated and reliable Proven Administration experience Own transport is an advantage
