Due to positive growth, we are seeking an Administrator to work in the Finance department for our client who are a world-leading independent telecommunications business based in Kitts Green, Birmingham.
You will be working in the Finance department providing administration support all round.
Duties will include:
General administration tasks
Answering the telephone
Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all required or related field engineering activities
Filing and completing paper work
Chasing payments
Completing excel spreadsheets
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hours
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be proficient and confident using Microsoft Excel and able to do formulas, % and pivot tables Self motivated and reliable Proven Administration experience Own transport is an advantage
