As on Online Support Administrator you will be highly self-motivated and will be responsible for organizing the company's day-to-day operations and coordinating all daily administrative activities.
Key responsibilities and duties of this role...
Daily stock feed update to online clients
Processing of online orders via portals
Order processing as required
Daily uploading of parcel tracking on to client portals
Customer service back up to online clients
Other general office duties as required
Hours: 07:30 - 16:30 (Mon- Fri. Flexible to work from home 2/3 days pw - ideally in the office Monday's and Wednesdays)
