Job Description

This role will be 20-25 hours a week and the hours are flexible according to the successful candidate's preference.

This exciting Financial Planning Administrator will assist in all administration across pensions, investments and mortgage portfolios. You will manage client records and data on both the desktop software and cloud based technology and will act as the first point of contact for clients, existing and new, dealing with queries efficiently and professionally. You will have good attention to detail and be comfortable using MS Office and systems.

This is a general office administration role but it will require someone to understand the Financial Services and Financial Planning sector as you will need to hit the ground running. Your super-efficient administration skills will free up the management team enabling them to do their job, while you do yours.
You will have excellent communication skills and be pro-active in nature.
