Working in our Data and Operations Team you will be responsible for:
- Learning operational process relating to our metering and Data Quality Activities
- Liaise with third party internal departments and customers to develop a working knowledge of the energy industry
- You'll be expected to take the initiative and rise to different challenges each day
- You'll learn vast amounts about the way the energy industry works, but also how a modern, innovative company engages with its customers
- You'll work in a fast paced, target focused environment constantly striving to ensure we're providing the best customer service
- You'll resolve simple queries efficiently whilst spending the time to investigate and resolve harder, more complex ones which may influence change to process and customer journeys

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 9am-5.30pm and Friday 9am-4.30pm
