Job Description

We are looking for an experience Finance Manager to undergo balance sheet management, development, review and reporting and reviewing journals. The role can be either full time or part time.

What you'll be doing:

• Ensure that all Balance Sheet reconciliations are completed on time, comply with agreed standards, fully investigate variances and improve internal controls & processes.
• Review all balance sheet reconciliations for operations team
• Review all other balance sheet reconciliations for each functional area for all company codes Reporting and communication of balance sheet opportunities and risks providing support and cover for other members of the team and the wider team. Provide subject matter expertise on strategic initiatives that impact the area Review of all journals produced by the operations team Support team on ad-hoc pieces of work
• Support with both internal and external auditors’ requests and visits.

Control & Compliance Ensure appropriate controls are implemented and process and procedures are compliant with legal and audit requirements Ensure all process documentation up to date and reviewed on regular basis
Ensure compliance to accounting and other relevant standards
