I am currently recruiting on a behalf of a client in East Sussex who's looking for a Systems Accountant / Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The client is happy for you to be home based somewhere in the UK, as long as you are willing to travel to the office in certain period when required (all travel will be covered). Key duties/responsibilities include:

• Support the business strategy for transitioning to Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Support all elements of project governance, including progress reporting, risk management and budgetary control
• Effectively plan for, and support the delivery of, the process of restructuring the accounting system. This will include any transitional processes and controls
• Work with other members of the Finance team to analyze the current structure of the system and propose viable solutions to improve business processes and analytical information
• Become a system super user of the new accounting solution, enabling the sharing of system knowledge with key business users
• Provide analytical insight to inform business strategy and decisions
• Support the preparation and delivery of training materials

• Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA)
• Strong analytical mindset
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience in systems change/implementation
