Job Description

As a Financial Accountant you will assist the Managing Director in supporting the month end process alongside the other members of the senior management team.

Duties

• Preparing quarterly management accounts pack including cash flow, commentary for various properties
• Managing a Portfolio of Property Accounts
• Month end Balance Sheet Reconciliations – debtors, creditors
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT Returns
• CIS returns
• PAYE submissions
• Accrual, journals
• Statutory accounts
• Year end accounts support
