Job Description

Duties to include managing CRM, taking sales enquiries, issuing brochures and price lists, managing customer correspondence, stationery ordering, data input and general admin and post duties

The Ideal Candidate

It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Sales Administrator or in an admin role in a similar house building or construction environment


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
×         New Build housing experience is essential ×         Understand the legal side, extras and choices, the whole ins and outs of buying a house ×         Computer literate ×         Excellent communication skills ×         Programmes used will be COINS/CRM/Microsoft/Outlook ×         Minimum of 5 GCSE's (including English) or equivalent.
