The role of Recruitment Administrator will involve:
Building rapport with clients and candidates
Resourcing industrial candidates
Advertising roles on various job boards and social media sites
Following up all leads from interviews/market knowledge
Checking in workers at client sites
Liaising with workers daily & weekly
Updating data accordingly
On-call rota
Flexibility with hours
Hours of work as a Recruitment Administrator: Monday to Friday: 8am - 4.30pm

To be successful as a Recruitment Administrator you must be self motivated, driven and ideally from an Industrial background. You will have a solid work history within the recruitment industry. Sales experience is a must.
