Job Description

During a period of expansion, a position has arisen for an IFA Administrator to support the successful Financial Planners of the business. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment with a great office atmosphere, where progression is strongly supported. Some duties may include:

- Administration of both new and existing business, ensuring compliance and process procedures are followed

- Suitability reports

- Maintaining the accuracy of client information and assisting with the on-going management of the client

- Interacting with clients in an efficient and professional manner

- Research and analysis

- Possible opportunity for involvement with investment analysis


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards this is required Previous experience within a fast-paced IFA Practice High level of analytical capability and good communication skills Good Pensions & Investments product knowledge
