Providing administration and finance support all round
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all required or related field engineering activities
Answering the telephone
Provide key liaison between field service teams across either Civils or cabling works in and around the company's project work regions.
General filing
Completing paperwork and excel spread sheets
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience working within the telecommunications industry would be preferred but not essential Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Previous administration experience is essential Excellent organisational skills Competent in excel (fomulars, pivot tables and %'s) Self motivated and pro-active Own transport is preferred but not essential
