You will be required to;
Support the HR officer throughout the recruitment process
Maintain up to date headcount data
Prepare offer letters and contracts for new starters
Track sickness and absence
Maintain and update employee records
Support the HR Officer with Occupational Health meetings
Coordinate and moniter the exit interview process for leavers
Ensure SLA timelines are met
Ensure payroll information is correct
They are looking for someone with previous HR Admin experience that is studying towards their CIPD
