Your New Role As Senior Management Accountant:
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the role of Senior Management Accountant will assist with the development and management of all financial performance reporting and metrics as well as the development and implementation of robust financial control within the group. You shall assist in leading and developing the finance department, support operational activities and assist in the provision of quality financial information to stakeholders. As Senior Management Accountant you shall provide a constant review and develop existing financial control practices across the group and suggest new and improved ways of working. You shall ensure accurate monthly management accounts are produced including consolidation accounts with supporting commentary where required and take responsibility for the group and subsidiary P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow analysis, you shall also maintain the inter-company transactions and be responsible for the group budget and forecasting process. Reporting on Financial KPI’s in a Monthly pack, you shall discuss business needs and provide insight on cost saving exercises. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You shall be a confident Senior Management Accountant with a minimum of three years' experience in Manufacturing accounting. A hands-on professional, prepared to assist across the accounting function you shall be able to hit the ground running and have experience of staff supervision/management. Having also operated in a fast paced business where no day is the same, you will be technically strong and have the ability to provide process enhancements through past experience in a similar role.
