Job Description

Commercial Administrator - Coventry

  • This role would suit a competent, organised candidate that enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Administration Support to a team of 4.  Liaising with Suppliers, Production, satisfying customer needs.
  • Candidates will have strong systems skills with Word, Excel (Pivot tables and vlooks up). 
  • Preference given to those with a working knowledge of Kerridge.

This role will involve:

  • Managing suppliers
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Management of ERP system
  • Setting up new product lines, amending product lines
  • Collateral warranties
  • Dealing with Claim Back Reports
  • Reporting on Free of Charge
  • Stock Ordering/Stock control
  • Bill of Materials

Salary range £22,000 - £25,000

Hours of work – 9 am – 5 pm


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good Customer Services skills within a Commercial field Supplier liaison skills Experience with Raising Purchase Orders, Stock Ordering Advanced Excel (Pivot tables and Vlook ups) Experience of ERP systems
