Job Description

The Role

Being part of a newly created Project team, the postholder will need to carry out all related administrative tasks to support the change project.

Your role will involve:

  • Processing and issuing letters to confirm in scope of change and impact status
  • Advertising roles internally to ring-fenced displaced employees & externally for any roles remaining unfilled
  • Arranging interviews
  • Managing processing of pre-employment checks
  • Creation and issuing of contractual change letters & contracts of employments
  • Dealing with queries in relation to the project
  • Any other related administration

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Significant administration experience Experience of using Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel Understanding of mail merges would be an advantage Experience in a similar role in HR, recruitment or shared services Flexible attitude and way of working Ability to manage your own workload and work to tight deadlines Experienced in communicating to a range of stakeholders Experience of working as part of a project team would be an advantage Experience of using SAP ould be highly advantageous
