Job Description
The Role
Being part of a newly created Project team, the postholder will need to carry out all related administrative tasks to support the change project.
Your role will involve:
Processing and issuing letters to confirm in scope of change and impact status
Advertising roles internally to ring-fenced displaced employees & externally for any roles remaining unfilled
Arranging interviews
Managing processing of pre-employment checks
Creation and issuing of contractual change letters & contracts of employments
Dealing with queries in relation to the project
Any other related administration
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Significant administration experience Experience of using Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel Understanding of mail merges would be an advantage Experience in a similar role in HR, recruitment or shared services Flexible attitude and way of working Ability to manage your own workload and work to tight deadlines Experienced in communicating to a range of stakeholders Experience of working as part of a project team would be an advantage Experience of using SAP ould be highly advantageous
